WATERLOO — If increased exposure translates into more sales, a local startup is in for a very good year.
Plum developed a cutting-edge software platform that uses artificial intelligence and industrial-organizational psychology to help companies find the best applicants among the resumés.
With funding from the Build in Canada Innovation program, the University of Waterloo's co-operative education program is now using Plum to match 20,000 students a year with positions at 7,000 top employers across North America.
